This is how it works:
You have 3 people join your business (your level 1 above).
They have 3 people each join them - total of 9 more people (your level 2).
Those 9 have 3 people each join them - total of 27 more people (your level 3).
Etc., etc.  Each person in the chart above has 3 people join them.
9 levels are shown here so you can see your potential earnings.
Your earnings are a percentage of the products purchased by everyone in your team.
Each person makes the same percentage from the people under them, just like you do.
They are starting their own team by having 3 people join them, just like you did.
All of their people are part of your team so you earn commission on all of the purchases.
The chart above is based on everyone, including yourself, purchasing $200 per month.
That's the Commission Volume per Level column.  3 people x $200 = $600 on level 1.
The Commission Amount per Level column is the dollar figure you would earn on that level.
The Monthly Total Residual Commission column is a running total. 
If you have level 1 & 2 complete, your monthly commission would be $120.
($30 from level 1 & $90 from level 2).
If levels 1 through 3 were complete, your monthly commission would be $660.
You don't have to have a level completed as shown above to earn commission on the purchases.
If you had 3 people on level 1 and 6 people on level 2, your commission would be slightly less.
So, how do you get to the bigger money?  You have to start building and build correctly.
There is no limit on how fast or slow your team builds or how many are on each level.
For example, lets say you have your 3 people join you the same month that you join.
Next, those 3 people get their 3 people each the following month (the 9 on your level 2).
And those 9 get their 3 people each the month after that.
So each level is "filled" one month after the other.  That would take 9 months.
Your commission would be $177,402 each and every month after your 11th month.
Why the 11th month and not the 9th?  Simply, it's how the commissions are figured. 
You must wait until the end of the commission month for the company to know what to base your commission on, so you get paid the following month.  What is not shown above is the initial order commission which would happen in the first month in this example, thus your residual commission earnings start in the second month.  The only thing to really remember is:  you get 3, they each get 3, etc., etc. and each of you purchase $200 per month each and every month.  The faster each level is complete with 3 people per person, the faster you can advance in the commission levels.
It's not about you yourself getting all the people in the chart.  Who knows that many anyway?
